Prostate stimulation is the term used to stimulate the prostate.
There are two basic reasons why a man will want prostate
stimulation.
One reason for prostate stimulation is to stimulate the prostate to
rid the excess buildup of semen to relieve pressure from the
prostate. This is used for men with several problems of the
prostate gland including an enlarged prostate.

This form of
prostate stimulation helps to improve the overall
health of the prostate gland. More and more medical practitioners
claim that regular prostate massaging or a prostate massage can
lead to better overall prostate gland health.

The other form of prostate stimulation is to stimulate the prostate
to produce a prostate orgasm. The prostate is often called the
male G-spot as a typical prostate orgasm can produce an orgasm
much stronger than a typical orgasm and lasting much longer.

Whatever reason you choose for prostate stimulation, either for
prostate gland health reasons or for pleasure, stimulating the
prostate is easy to perform in the comfort of your own home.
Some men find that prostate stimulation
might be easier with a
prostate
massager or prostate massager tool.

There are many make and models
available and they work very well for
most men. The best ones are available
at our
prostate massage store.
One very important thing to remember with prostate stimulation
techniques is that only the prostate is being stimulated not  the
male penile member. This may sound unusual for many but the
prostate is quickly becoming known as the Male G-Spot. The
prostate has the ability to produce prostate orgasms when the
only stimulation is coming from the prostate gland.

Unlike an ejaculatory response from a typical male orgasm, the
prostate gland when stimulated to the point of a prostate orgasm
produces a flow of semen through the penile member. This flow
of semen is of a larger amount and quantity than a typical male
orgasm. The prostate also has the ability to produce multiple
prostate orgasms in a relatively short time.

Prostate stimulation can be a very
painful experience if you do not
stimulate the prostate gland
carefully.

Apply pressure to the prostate
should be similar to the pressure
you would use to wipe your eye.
Remember that if you feel any pain
during the prostate massage you
should stop immediately. Other
warning signs can be a discharge of
blood or blood in the discharged
semen(which would appear either a
pink or red color).

It is important that you stimulate the
prostate correctly so it can be a
pleasurable experience that you will
want to do again.
As well if your prostate or any area becomes tender, you should stop with the prostate massage. Some men note that their prostate
area can become sore several hours after the prostate massage and this may or may not be the case for yourself. Any form of pain
is usually the sign of being do aggressive during the massage as different pressures and manipulations of the prostate gland can
produce different sensations and intensities.

Many men have their partner perform the prostate massage for them as it makes it easier for the man to just relax and not having to
worry about anything else except the feeling and sensations he can experience from the prostate stimulation.
Prostate massage is performed by inserting a finger or prostate massager into the anus. While some men might be uncomfortable
with this concept it is also possible to perform an external prostate massage. While it generally will not produce a prostate orgasm for
most men, it can be a very pleasurable alternative to a traditional prostate massage.

To perform an external prostate massage lay on your back and spread your legs as wide as you can while still being comfortable.
Start by massaging the perineum (the part of the pelvic floor between the scrotum and anus). Massage gently in a circular patten for
several minutes and you should be able to feel the area where your prostate is located.
The area can usually be identified by feeling more muscle like that the surrounding fleshy area. Go slowly and carefully until you
locate this spot. Once you have found this are you can focus more on massaging here in circular patterns and learn to vary the touch
and pressure to what feels best for you. Other
prostate massage techniques such as prostate milking are including in this website.
Complete instructions on prostate massaging step by step can be found in a prostate massage e-book called the

Guide.
